There are difficult times in our lives but losing a child must be the most difficult. My Uncle lost his only son. My Uncle being a practical person planned way ahead for both of them for the day of going home. I'm sure he could have never imagined that he would bury his son. A blow that destroys any parent and a time where support and compassion are most needed. In this time of need he went to the place where he made and paid for all preparations and to say he was treated badly is an understatement. You see he passed away in another city but my Uncle wanted to bring him home. Anyone can understand that this would incur an extra cost but those people in my opinion quoted a price that was astronomical. Basically taking advantage of a person's suffering. But...God is good. We were referred to Hall, Ferguson, and Hewitt Mortuary (hfhmortuary.com) in Miami, FL. I/we, the Natal family, cannot express our gratitude enough. They were professional, efficient, and more important empathetic and sympathetic. Yes there was a cost but they did not try to take advantage and quite frankly treated us like family. I know none of us ever want to deal with death but it is almost a certainty and to that end I wholeheartedly recommend Hall, Ferguson, and Hewitt. We will never be able to thank you enough HFH! ♥️🙏

The service you provided in our time of need was top tier. Our father looked as if he was happily resting in eternal peace. The driver as well as the employees were superb, and provided warm words of encouragement as well as kindness throughout the home going service. Specifically, Imir Hall was a delight and a staunch professional. The highest compliment I could give is that my Uncle would have been so pleased! Hall-Ferguson-Hewitt Mortuary was absolutely amazing. Mr. Hall and his staff took care of every detail and kept us all fully informed of every step of the process. Mr. Hall seemed to be available for us 24/7 and always with a reassuring smile. There aren't enough stars on this review to indicate exactly how much I recommend Hall-Ferguson-Hewitt Mortuary. Everyone was so kind, and caring during a very sad time in our lives. They truly listened to the little details we wanted to help express our love for my Uncle. Nothing was too big or small. We had the pleasure of working with June and she guided us in every step. Never rushing us even though there were time constraints. We bombarded her with texts and phone calls, she never said it was too much. She literally treated us as her family. I couldn't have asked for a better place to handle my uncle’s home going services.

Our family was deeply touched by the care, professionalism and experience of Mr. Milton Hall, Jr. and staff of the Hall Ferguson Hewitt Mortuary. In our time of need, this team supported our family as we navigated the passage of two family members in succession. Special thanks to Mr. Hall, Ms. June, Ms. Janice and Mr. Leon. With love and mercy and the Grace of God we offer ou condolence and prayer. We loved Aunt Florida Mae Until the end but we know that God has a plan for her life and yours. his plan is good.
