James W. Anders, Jr.

James “Jimmy” Anders, 96, retired teacher, coach and counselor for Miami-Dade County Public Schools, died Tuesday, May 12, from complications of Alzheimer’s. Survivors include his wife, Barbara, daughter, Janis Lindsay (Bruce) of Paterson, NJ; step daughters, Arlene Aranha of Tampa, FL and Renee A. Mosley (Randy) of Miami.

Viewing Thursday May 21 4-6 p.m. at Hall-Ferguson-Hewitt Mortuary; private service, Friday, May 22, 11:00 a.m. Church of the Open Door Congregational.
